Familiarity with industry-standard game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine, version control systems (e.g., Git), and possibly Agile development methodologies is typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate remotely distinguish top candidates. These skills ensure you can contribute to complex projects, adapt to evolving technologies, and succeed in a distributed team environment.
