Job description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of grading & drainage designs, stormwater management (SWM) designs, and erosion control (E&S) designs.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to less-experienced staff, providing constructive feedback.
- Review zoning, SALDO, and agency regulations relevant to projects.
- Evaluate CAD layout plans for cost and regulatory optimization.
- Prepare preliminary grading plans and SWM due diligence summaries.
- Develop grading and stormwater designs that meet permitting, project, budget, and construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
-7+ Years Relevant Exp
- Proven experience in grading, drainage, SWM, and E&S design.
- Strong knowledge of zoning, SALDO, and agency regulations.
- Experience with CAD and SWM/PCSM report preparation.
