• Conduct thorough assessments that holistically evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.
• Offer individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with clients' unique situations, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop individualized service plans that set clear, achievable goals and monitor clients' progress through regular review meetings.
• Provide advocacy for clients, ensuring they have access to essential resources while promoting awareness of social justice issues within the community.
• Enhance program quality through active participation in program evaluation, grant writing, and development initiatives aimed at improving services.
• Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare facilities, and government agencies to coordinate care and extend resource networks for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, team meetings, and community outreach efforts to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
