About Broadway Ventures

Broadway Ventures is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified firm headquartered in Vicksburg, Mississippi. We support federal clients across the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Defense, with a workforce that is approximately 95% remote.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on our federal programs. This is a hands-on sourcing and screening role well suited to someone with a couple of years of agency or in-house healthcare recruiting experience who wants to move into the federal contracting space. You will work closely with senior recruiters and program managers to build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and keep candidates moving through the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations
  • Write and post job advertisements; refresh postings to maintain visibility
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes for hiring manager review
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and follow-up
  • Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements as needed
  • Meet weekly sourcing, submittal, and pipeline activity targets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience filling clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles (agency or corporate)
  • Demonstrated sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of common healthcare job titles, credentials, and licensure requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • No degree required — relevant recruiting experience is what matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for federal government contracts or a government contractor
  • Familiarity with CMS or Medicare program roles (medical review, appeals, redetermination, reimbursement)
  • Experience recruiting licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, therapists)
  • Exposure to OFCCP, EEO, or federal compliance recordkeeping
  • Boolean search proficiency

What to Expect Next:

After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review your qualifications. This may include a brief telephone interview or email communication to verify resume details and discuss compensation expectations. Interviews will be conducted with the most qualified candidates. Broadway Ventures conducts background checks and drug testing prior to the start of employment. Some positions may also require fingerprinting.

The pay range shown is a good-faith estimate of the compensation Broadway Ventures reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
