This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility and a comfortable work setting that you can tailor to your preferences. You will work from anywhere within the United States but will support clients primarily based in West Babylon, New York. Our virtual office environment fosters collaboration and support among colleagues, ensuring that you will never feel isolated as you deliver care through telehealth platforms.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions using live video conferencing technology to provide support for clients grappling with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing family dynamics, maladaptive behaviors, and personal struggles.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to assess clients’ mental health conditions, allowing for accurate diagnoses and the creation of targeted treatment objectives.
• Encourage both individuals and families to cultivate adaptive coping strategies, ultimately fostering resilience in addressing their unique challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in adherence to company standards and telehealth regulations.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including adults facing emotional disturbances, family disputes, substance use issues, and other mental health concerns. We emphasize individualized care that recognizes each client's unique background and circumstances, providing them the tools and support they need to thrive.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health settings, focusing on therapy for individuals with behavioral health challenges.
• Proficient use of modern technology, including telemedicine software; experience in virtual care settings is preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic principles, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitative techniques for mental health issues.

• Experience working with clients dealing with co-occurring disorders, group therapy, or substance abuse treatment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) and a commitment to utilizing them in clinical work.
• Previous experience in a telehealth environment will be considered a plus.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, reflecting the experience and expertise of the candidate.
