Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Board Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to a dynamic, member-driven organization. This role is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and executive leadership while helping drive organizational initiatives, membership engagement, event coordination, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time remote position with flexible scheduling, including occasional evening availability.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Board Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate board meetings, maintain records, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Support volunteer board members with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute multiple events, including networking functions, member meetings, leadership programs, and special events.
  • Manage event logistics, scheduling, communications, registrations, and post-event follow-up.

Membership & Community Engagement

  • Support membership recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with member communications, prospect meetings, and program coordination.

Project Management
