What is a remote Google Workspace specialist?

A Remote Google Workspace specialist is a professional who manages, supports, and optimizes Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) tools for businesses or organizations from a remote location. Their responsibilities typically include troubleshooting issues, onboarding new users, configuring settings, ensuring data security, and providing training on apps like Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Meet. They help organizations make the most of Google Workspace by streamlining workflows and maintaining productivity, all while working offsite. This role is vital for companies that rely on cloud-based collaboration tools and remote work environments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote Google Workspace administrator?

To thrive as a Remote Google Workspace Administrator, you need expertise in managing Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) services, user accounts, security settings, and strong troubleshooting abilities, often supported by relevant IT certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator certification. Familiarity with the Google Admin console, cloud-based security tools, and integration with third-party applications is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are crucial soft skills for remote collaboration and resolving user issues promptly. Job description

Global Sales Manager

Drive Revenue. Build Relationships. Shape the Future of Corporate Travel.

We’re looking for a high-performing, results-driven sales professional to join our team and own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract close and successful implementation.

If you thrive on hunting new business, love turning prospects into long-term partners, and excel at selling strategic travel management solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking opportunities from initial contact to close.
  • Win Business: Lead compelling proposals and RFP responses, negotiate competitive programs, and close deals while ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and client success teams.
  • Represent TI Excellence: Stay current on our products, services, and industry trends to confidently position Travel Incorporated as the superior partner in a competitive market.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in corporate travel management, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong network and industry knowledge (GBTA chapter membership or established corporate travel contacts a big plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM (Salesforce experience strongly preferred), and virtual meeting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional, polished presence.

Location: Remote, preference given to candidates in Midwest. We reserve the right to decline applications from states where we are not currently hiring.
