We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Sales & Office Administrator to become an essential part of our team. This is a remote position with flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to grow as our company continues to expand.

Position Overview

As our Sales & Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will manage incoming leads, communicate with prospective clients, prepare estimates through our CRM, follow up on opportunities, and help keep our sales pipeline organized.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, quick to learn new software, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and send customer estimates.
  • Manage incoming leads from our website, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, phone calls, and email.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media.
  • Follow up with new leads and previous estimates to help convert opportunities into booked projects.
  • Cold call qualified leads and prospective customers.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments.
  • Keep customer information organized and up to date.
  • Answer incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process and help close projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with management to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
