Their main responsibilities include coaching the team on Scrum principles, removing obstacles that hinder progress, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members who may be distributed globally. They act as a servant leader to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. Working remotely, they use digital tools to conduct meetings, track progress, and maintain communication. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, especially in a virtual work environment.
