• Conduct thorough virtual assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and establish a rapport.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to pre-screened, low-acuity clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document client progress consistently, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to review treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to maintain accurate patient documentation and streamline communication.
• Tackle administrative tasks that pertain to client scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus primarily on therapy.

You will be working predominantly with low-acuity clients, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your approach will emphasize empathy, understanding, and active listening, ensuring each client feels supported and heard during their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and EHR systems, to efficiently manage patient files and documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a counseling setting is preferred, showcasing your capability to handle diverse client scenarios.
• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with the challenges and benefits associated with providing virtual counseling services.
• A background in developing treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

The salary for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
