This position operates in a remote setting, specifically supporting our Hospice Center, which focuses on end-of-life care and palliative support. The clinician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals, allowing for a rich collaborative experience that drives exceptional patient outcomes. • Conduct thorough assessments for clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute challenges, showcasing an ability to manage complex cases effectively.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies through the accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans within established timeframes.

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse range of clients dealing with significant life transitions, complex emotional challenges, and grief associated with end-of-life issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Tennessee LCSW license or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days is necessary for this position.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient or similar setting.
• Competence in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices.

• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care settings is advantageous for understanding the unique challenges faced by patients and families.
• Advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning that enhances client recovery and well-being.
• A history of working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork skills.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, contingent on experience, in addition to performance-based incentives.
