Responsibilities
  • Set the product strategy and vision and own product innovation and roadmaps
  • Relentlessly prioritize the roadmap through data, insight and test and learn methods to achieve ambitious growth goals
  • Lead cross functional ideation processes, to ensure stakeholder alignment at every stage of the process. Everyone must be fully aware of what you are prioritising and why.
  • Be the voice of the customer and bring this into everything that you do and all your interactions with your teams and stakeholders
  • Responsibility to define and measure success KPI's that both track team performance and business impact of your roadmap, you will be accountable for the results
  • Accountable for the quality of the customer experience in a very fast paced environment, owning metrics such as store ratings, NPS scores, customer satisfaction rates.
  • Drive and lead the strategic direction, including for non product activities, both influencing and challenging the direction of other teams
  • Directly challenge and contribute to the strategic direction of the company
  • Develop and lead team a of PMs to successfully scale with the growth of the business

Position Qualification & Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in Product leadership roles
  • 3+ years of P&L ownership in a high growth mobile ecommerce business
  • Extremely commercially aware with a strategic mind, identifying the most important business opportunities and delivering the solutions.
  • Able to clearly define and communicate product vision & strategy to everyone from software engineers to C-level
  • Growth and experimental mindset, you will have proven experience of driving growth through A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategy, in particular customer acquisition and driving LTV
  • Possessing a broad and deep understanding of UX and being customer and design centric. Ideally you will have experience of implementing and improving UX processes in a start up environment.
  • A-list communication skills, able to build rapport and strong trusted relationships at all levels of the business
  • A genuinely empathetic people manager with a proven track record of building highly effective product teams
  • Subject matter expertise in Product Management with a proven track record of building successful innovative products - vision, strategy and roadmap, KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, team alignment with business goals
  • You possess strong project management Skills; how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align with the business strategy
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about UK sport, particularly football are essential. interests and experience in sports betting would be highly beneficial.
  • Frequent travel between our delivery Hubs in Kiev and Istanbul are expected
  • Working experience in a high energy startup/fast paced environment is essential.
