• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health concerns to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Deliver individual therapy through virtual sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to foster effective communication and growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Utilize teletherapy options to support clients who may prefer virtual engagement or face accessibility challenges, ensuring a comfortable therapeutic environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to improve clinical skills, remain current on emerging practices, and implement new techniques into therapy.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to adolescents and young adults, addressing various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Understanding the developmental and environmental factors influencing this demographic is critical to delivering effective treatment and support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of an active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
• Strong proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery (including digital tools like Google Suite and EHR systems).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for maintaining therapeutic relationships and documentation.
• Professional demeanor and attire during sessions, fostering a credible and engaging presence.
• Demonstrated warmth and empathy in patient interactions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their mental health concerns.

• At least 2 years of direct experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ideally within a telehealth framework.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, with an understanding of their unique challenges and treatment needs.
• A willingness to engage in training for evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as Care Pathways, to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery across our practice.
• Certifications in specific evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or others.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
