• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings tailored to each client's unique background, focusing on their mental health status and any substance abuse history.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies to guide clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to create integrated care plans that address the diverse needs of clients, ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, enabling them to be active participants in the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring each client's information is secure and accessible for clinical review.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adolescents and young adults dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. All clients are pre-screened and assessed to ensure that they are stable, thus allowing you to focus on providing therapeutic care rather than crisis intervention. Your expertise will help empower these individuals to build coping strategies and enhance their emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent is required.

• A strong background in telehealth therapy is preferred, with specific experience in working with adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency in utilizing various technological tools, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), to facilitate client interactions and documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective client engagement.

• Must maintain a professional appearance virtually and demonstrate warmth and empathy during client sessions.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions is highly regarded.

• Prior experience in a remote work environment with substantial client interaction is a plus.

• Familiarity with a variety of theoretical approaches and treatment modalities for mental health therapy.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment pathways.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
