  • Proficiency in navigating technology, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems, to ensure efficient teletherapy practices.
  • A professional demeanor and the capacity to present oneself neatly at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in a remote work environment.
Preferred Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults, including those with unique accessibility needs.
  • Willingness to engage in training regarding our evidence-based care pathways to ensure consistency in treatment approaches across the team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Flexible work schedule to encourage a healthy work-life balance, acknowledging the importance of personal time.
  • Access to administrative support to help streamline scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.
  • Regular opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.
  • Continuing education reimbursement to support ongoing professional development and specialization in evidence-based practices.
  • Engagement in a collaborative and supportive environment, with regular peer consultation and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
