This role is 100% remote, providing the ability to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your home. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and any risks, subsequently creating customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, keeping them actively involved throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer remote sessions due to accessibility challenges or other personal preferences.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards while protecting client confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous professional development initiatives, enhancing clinical skills and staying informed about emerging trends and research within the mental health field.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse population, including adolescents and young adults navigating mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. It is essential to foster a warm, empathetic environment that encourages open dialogue and trust.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients via telehealth platforms.
• Proficiency in navigating technology, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems, to ensure efficient teletherapy practices.
• A professional demeanor and the capacity to present oneself neatly at all times.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in a remote work environment.

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, including those with unique accessibility needs.
• Willingness to engage in training regarding our evidence-based care pathways to ensure consistency in treatment approaches across the team.
