You will interact with a team of professionals dedicated to mental health care, participating in ongoing consultation and support to improve treatment outcomes. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, and our internal communication tools ensure seamless collaboration among team members.

• Conduct regular telehealth sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual adult clients.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and fellow counselors to offer comprehensive treatment plans that address various mental health issues.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular team meetings and receive support and consultation from colleagues when needed to enhance therapeutic support throughout the treatment journey.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain client privacy and meet compliance standards.

Your primary focus will be on working with adults, including those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. You will foster a compassionate and empathetic rapport, promoting a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences. Your work will contribute directly to their self-discovery and healing processes, enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
• Proven experience providing telehealth therapy, specifically tailored to adolescents and young adults.
• Proficiency in using multiple digital tools, including Google Suite and EHR platforms, to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A commitment to presenting yourself in a professional manner while exhibiting warmth and empathy towards clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure a private work environment conducive to therapy.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience practicing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and interest in participating in staff training surrounding our proprietary care pathways.
• A strong technological aptitude for navigating telehealth platforms and engaging with clients virtually.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
