Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement, accommodating your personal schedule while ensuring you meet your professional responsibilities. The daily schedule is designed to align with a regular business week, with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to understand the behavioral and mental health needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline evidence-based methods for psychotherapy and interventions tailored to each patient.
• Utilize various online tools during sessions, ensuring effective communication and maintaining patient engagement.
• Document interactions meticulously in our electronic medical record system, including details of services provided, diagnoses, and appropriate billing codes.
• Educate and empower clients while remaining compliant with the NASW Code of Ethics and all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with clinical staff, health educators, and community resources to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and team meetings to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client caseload may include individuals aged 12 years and older, addressing a wide range of psychological conditions from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress management. By employing evidence-based practices and utilizing virtual counseling techniques, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, with current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a telehealth environment or as a Medical Social Worker.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical terminologies and methodologies relevant to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring effective documentation and timely report submission.
• Proficient in using various computer systems, including electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear interaction with clients and team members.
