SFS is looking for a Remote Senior Project Analyst
Location: Washington DC, National GuardPosition OverviewSFS is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to provide high-level support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures.
The ideal candidate will support senior government leaders by ensuring efficient business processes, delivering clear and actionable insights, and maintaining continuity in operations.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and analytical support to senior military and civilian leadership
  • Analyze complex issues and present findings in clear, concise formats
  • Develop and deliver briefings for executive-level stakeholders
  • Support and improve business processes across the organization
  • Track, manage, and prioritize tasks using enterprise tracking systems (e.g., ETS)
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in the absence of formal guidance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Adapt to evolving organizational structures and mission requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
