Peraton is seeking a Security Engineer to support enterprise data protection, secure cross-domain transfer operations, insider threat monitoring, compliance auditing, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives across cloud environments. This position serves as a high level operational engineering resource responsible for engineering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise DLP and secure data transfer capabilities using Forcepoint DLP and EverFox Data Guard technologies supporting endpoint protection, web traffic inspection, XML validation, protocol enforcement, multi-network data movement, and secure information exchange within a highly regulated federal environment.

The environment supports distributed infrastructure spanning multiple security domains and thousands of enterprise endpoints. Operational support includes EverFox Data Guard Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) ELS Nodes, Data Guard Web Adaptors, XML Plugins, UDP & TCP Adaptors, multi-network Data Guard deployments, and the Forcepoint DLP Suite supporting IP Protection, User & Data Security, endpoint DLP, and sensitive data governance operations. This role supports ongoing modernization efforts involving cloud data protection, secure transfer optimization, DLP policy standardization, and improved visibility into sensitive data movement across enterprise and cloud collaboration platforms.
