• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and diagnose clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing screening tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions which encompass individual, family, and group therapy sessions through the telehealth platform.
• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting approaches and treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely assessment and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, fostering trust and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
• Engage in lifelong learning by participating in regular training sessions and supervision that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current mental health practices.
• Abide by the professional guidelines and ethical standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations throughout the course of your practice.

The clients served by Hopeful Minds Counseling Services range widely in age and background, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
