• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices that address their unique situations and goals.
• Provide personalized psychotherapy sessions either individually, as a couple, or as part of family therapy, leveraging appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.
• Participate actively in team meetings and engage in peer consultation to enhance clinical practice and teamwork.
• Stay current with licensure requirements and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your caseload will be adaptable, allowing you to focus on your clinical strengths and interests, ensuring that you can provide the most effective support possible.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver therapy through various evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Bilingual or multicultural background is highly encouraged, reflecting our commitment to serving diverse communities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
