As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and psychological well-being, particularly around mood disorders and relationship challenges.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific goals, needs, and preferences.
• Utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and engagement.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies based on evolving needs.
• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding and foster recovery.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.
• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings to enhance your skills and align with best practices.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing relationship distress, divorce-related issues, and mood disorders. With a commitment to empathy and respect, you will work to build trusting relationships, helping clients navigate complex emotions and family dynamics. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and equipping clients with the tools needed for lasting health and recovery.

The ideal candidate will hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Additionally, a Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in establishing rapport and facilitating impactful therapeutic relationships.

A successful candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, transgenerational therapy, and communication therapy. This diverse skill set will enable you to cater to a wide range of client needs and enhance the overall therapeutic experience. Additionally, skills in organizational and time management will be invaluable in handling the administrative aspects of this role effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
