Job description

Global Payroll Analyst Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World. This position offers a career opportunity for individuals with diverse payroll, HR, or finance experience, including private, public, government, or military backgrounds. Job Description The Global Payroll Analyst supports global payroll production by managing and maintaining key systems and integrations. This role involves detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of payroll processes across multiple regions. Impact you'll make in this role System Maintenance and Integration Management: Oversee PICOF and PECI integrations, spreadsheet loader and GESPP activities, and monitor integration logs to ensure accurate, timely data flow. Interface Support: Maintain payroll interfaces for remote stipends, Everyday Wins, and cash recognition programs. Data Analysis and Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies, conduct troubleshooting, and resolve integration issues to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance. System Enhancements: Support system improvements to strengthen performance, reliability, and data integrity. Vendor and Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with global payroll vendors, IT, and HR Operations to address integration needs and support end‐to‐end payroll processes. Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to internal and external partners regarding issues, findings, and recommended solutions. Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence: Contribute to initiatives that streamline integrations and enhance operational efficiency. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Skills and Expertise Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and at least two years of combined experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and/or Finance. OR High school diploma/GED or higher and at least six years of combined experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and/or Finance. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation (preferred). Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Strada) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Work Location This role follows an on‐site working model, requiring at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Travel: Not applicable. Relocation: Not authorized. Legal and Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B). Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range: $95,591 – $116,834 (includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible). This range is a good‐faith estimate and may vary based on experience and other factors. The position may offer benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement plans.
