  • Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing rapid assessment and appropriate therapeutic techniques to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.
  • Manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups, adherence to treatment protocols, and the prompt documentation of client progress and session details.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings to continually enhance service delivery within the agency.
  • Drive team goals through effective collaboration, contributing ideas and support to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring that client confidentiality and care standards are upheld at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is focused on serving a diverse array of clients who experience significant mental health challenges, including those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional conditions. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work; a Master's degree in Social Work is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of community resources available for mental health support.
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions that are sensitive to the developmental and cultural issues facing clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and training.
