Role Overview

The Senior BI Solutions Analyst is a strategic analytics leader responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and client success. This role partners closely with Sales, Solution Design, Commercial Finance, Transition, and Operations teams to develop innovative business intelligence solutions that support new business pursuits, client renewals, and enterprise growth initiatives. Leveraging advanced analytical expertise, the Senior BI Solutions Analyst designs scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, predictive models, and data-driven tools that enable informed decision-making throughout the client lifecycle.In this role, you'll translate complex business challenges into meaningful analytical solutions, helping stakeholders identify opportunities, optimize performance, and develop differentiated client value propositions. You'll also play a key role in advancing the organization's analytics capabilities by standardizing reporting methodologies, establishing data governance best practices, and driving the adoption of modern BI technologies, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.As a technical leader and trusted advisor, you'll mentor BI team members, provide subject matter expertise on business intelligence strategy and enterprise data systems, and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to deliver consistent, high-quality analytical solutions. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen, along with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You'll Do
  • Design and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions, dashboards, analytical models, and reporting tools that support sales, operations, and client growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Design, Commercial Finance, Transition, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Lead the development and adoption of BI best practices, data governance standards, reporting frameworks, and quality controls to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable analytics.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, and modern business intelligence capabilities that improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to BI team members while serving as a subject matter expert on analytics strategy, data systems, and visualization technologies.
  • Conduct benchmarking, performance analysis, and executive reporting to identify trends, measure business outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced expertise with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Azure, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, enterprise data systems, and dashboard development.
