Primary Objectives

  • Support the Capital and Global Services Organizations with Pricing & Deal Analytics and Reporting.
  • Analyze the revenue and profitability of Capital Deals, Service Agreements, and related offerings.
  • Perform analysis on customers' installed equipment, and software identify opportunities to expand, cross-sell, and up-sell Hologic Products.
  • Contribute to the development of standard revenue reporting for customers and sales management.
  • Protect and enhance the margins of the business by taking a holistic view of the levers that affect profitability (services, prices, solutions and T&Cs.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on deal approval and analysis with Sales - providing support when needed to ensure proper pricing governance and revenue uplift.
  • Develop rigorous, error-proof analysis maintaining a high attention to details of the offer while still seeing the emerging patterns, trends and insights across offers.
  • Apply sound commercial judgment to balance customer value, competitive dynamics, and Hologic profitability.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc analyses and reporting for Sales and Leadership.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Capital and Service Pricing architecture.
  • Analyze and track competitive pricing trends across the portfolio.
  • Take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues around reporting and associated business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to perform willingness to pay studies and analytics.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with Sales, product & service Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related business experience.
  • Minimum of a BS/BA is required. A degree in quantitative disciplines such as: Business, Finance, Math, Statistics or Economics is required.

  • Self-directed with strong time management skills, ability to handle shifting priorities and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence other functions withing the organization.
  • Cross functional team experience is highly desirable.
  • Naturally inquisitive and not satisfied with the status quo.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, data management skills and attention to details are required to be successful in this position.
  • Ability to identify situations, risks or opportunities in the service business and then analyze and communicate the impact.
  • Expert level of Excel and business intelligence/visualization software such as QlikSense and QlikView.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce reporting is desirable.
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on competitive dynamics, economic goals, and customer needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to explain complex analyses in simplified terms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, customer service and results orientation.
  • The annualized base salary range for this role is $97,300 to $130,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
