Program Control Analyst, Senior
The Opportunity:
Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Supports senior management business decisions through financial and business analysis. Applies advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.
What You'll Work On:
  • Support financial control activities for Department of Defense contracts.
  • Contribute within a geographically dispersed team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Assist in establishing team priorities and executing business and financial assignments.
  • Monitor KPIs, support risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate financial findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.
  • Prepare and review bottom-up forecasts; support internal and client reviews.
  • Support SOP development and improvements to program financial tools and processes.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting, financial management, or financial program control
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with Excel including formulas and functions
  • Ability to work with dispersed teams
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with program cost control, contract interpretation, supporting budget development, or government project administration
  • Knowledge of FAR, federal budget process, and funds management
  • Ability to prepare financial forecasts using bottom-up analysis and historical trends
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
