• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather and analyze data regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using diverse evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to the clients’ needs.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of all clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and peer support among clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your focus will be on fostering resilience and recovery among individuals navigating difficult life experiences, offering them the support needed to thrive.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Possess a strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to effectively serve our clients.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling you to connect genuinely with clients and their families.

• Experience working within a detox center or with clients undergoing substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with client management software systems and electronic health records to streamline the documentation and tracking process.
