The Lead, Supplier Performance & Global Supply Resilience is a strategic leader responsible for transforming the global supply base into a source of competitive advantage. This role architects and governs a world-class supplier performance framework that drives innovation, risk resilience, operational excellence, and end-to-end visibility across a complex international network. This leader moves the organization from reactive supplier management to predictive, data-driven performance intelligence-ensuring the supply base accelerates growth, protects continuity, and advances enterprise objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Global Supplier Performance Strategy

  • Design and lead a standardized global supplier performance governance model.
  • Develop KPI architecture (OTIF, quality, cost, service, ESG, innovation metrics).
  • Implement predictive analytics and AI-enabled performance dashboards.
  • Drive root cause resolution and structured corrective action programs.
  • Lead executive-level supplier performance reviews.

Supply Risk & Resilience Leadership

  • Establish multi-tier supplier visibility (Tier 1-N mapping).
  • Develop geopolitical, financial, and operational risk monitoring frameworks.
  • Lead scenario planning, stress testing, and contingency strategy development.
  • Partner with IT and cybersecurity teams on digital supply risk mitigation.

Supplier Innovation & Value Creation

  • Launch structured supplier innovation programs and joint business planning.
  • Develop incentive structures that reward performance acceleration and innovation.
  • Identify cost transformation, sustainability, and technology opportunities within the supply base.
  • Position suppliers as strategic partners, not transactional vendors.

Digital Enablement & Visibility

  • Support implementation of supplier portals and performance management platforms.
  • Establish real-time dashboards and control-tower visibility.
  • Drive integration across ERP, P2P, and risk intelligence systems.
  • Automate reporting workflows and improve data integrity.
  • Champion digital tools that enhance transparency and decision speed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong Analytical capability with performance metrics and data visualization and have problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant experience with Master's degree
  • Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions.
  • Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital supply chain platforms or supplier portals.
  • Knowledge of geopolitical risk and supply chain resilience modeling.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation Details:
