    • Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience required.
    • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
    • Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
    • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
    • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require field and in-office work.
    • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, with excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
    • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.

Annual Salary
$36.63 - $57.49
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
