Remote Position

Pay Range:

$57,699.20 - $107,140.80RESPONSIBLITIES


This position works under the guidance of the EMR Clinical supervisor to support the EMR (electronic medical record) internally and externally by ensuring excellent customer support, timely resolution of EMR support issues and communications with EMR customers. IT customer support applications include, but are not limited to: EMR, Centricity, and Microsoft applications as they relate to the EMR. Provide hands-on technical support across EMR infrastructures.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education:
RN designation with OCN experience preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
Previous Experience:
Minimum three (3) years hands on oncology nursing experience preferred
Minimum two (2) years managing PHI (protected health data) or direct patient care preferred.
