Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years Managing Commercialization Projects or Project Teams.
- Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.
- Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
- Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing.
- Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
Nice to Have:
- PMP Certification or similar preferred.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning to applying new knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Strong Business Acumen understanding the unique economic factors motivating brand and category strategy.
- Proven analytical skills leveraging data driven analysis to develop solutions and implementing change within an organization.
