We're large enough to provide opportunity and support, but small enough that every team member matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform residential home inspections throughout the Metro Atlanta area

• Use inspection tools and technology to document findings

• Bend, kneel, crouch, and lift inspection equipment
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work safely in varying weather conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
• Home inspection experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate
• Experience in residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, property maintenance or related trades is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must have basic inspection tools, including a flashlight, outlet tester, ladder, and other standard inspection equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check as required for access to local real estate lockbox systems and occupied properties
If you're looking for a career where your knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
