• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely using state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals navigating complex personal issues, families experiencing relationship challenges, and couples seeking to enhance their communication patterns. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven experience providing therapy and counseling services, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar modalities.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is a plus.
