• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals, appreciating their unique backgrounds and circumstances.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs and create tailored interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing immediate distress while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about relevant licensure requirements and engage in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

You will work extensively with couples and families from a variety of backgrounds who are contending with issues such as relationship conflicts, communication barriers, parenting challenges, and emotional crises. Your expertise will support clients in identifying their patterns of behavior, improving their interactions, and navigating life transitions. We also emphasize providing services to individuals dealing with issues related to addiction, helping them achieve lasting recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse populations, ensuring cultural competence in therapy practices.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families across multiple settings.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Experience working with clients in outpatient settings, including those struggling with addiction and recovery.
• Familiarity with teletherapy modalities and virtual session management.
• Previous work with multidisciplinary teams or community resource agencies.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
