Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to enhance client outcomes and deliver comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care resources. Your work will focus on empowering clients to enhance their coping mechanisms, strengthen their resilience, and develop healthier patterns of behavior. Your role is crucial in creating tailored approaches that respect each client's background, values, and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of professional counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve shared goals and optimal client outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and other related technologies to streamline client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy is highly preferred.
• Experience working with underrepresented populations and understanding of socio-cultural factors impacting mental health.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customized treatment strategies that integrate clients' unique life experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and the caseload you manage. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
