Remote Gaming Community Manager Jobs in Arizona (NOW HIRING)

The Games & Systems Analyst will provide support to ensure the gaming regulations and standards are met and in compliance with the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact, Appendices, and Minimum Internal Control Standards. This position will review and/or approve casino internal controls, policies and procedures, rules and regulations for new or revised card and table games, event wagering, promotions, lotteries, and tournaments. The Games & Systems Analyst will research and develop internal procedures for the tracking, storage and maintenance of the aforementioned documents. This position will also review and analyze existing and emerging technologies and products for compliance and to identify potential regulatory issues. Participates in the biennial Tribal Compact compliance reviews and to audit tribal compliance with the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact, Appendices, and Minimum Internal Control Standards. Occasionally facilitates card and table game training for the tribal partners and external stakeholders. Assists in assembling correspondence and developing regulatory standards for any new gaming activity as allowed by the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact. Builds effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that applicable regulatory and compliance communications concerning legal, regulatory, technological, and/or operational issues are disseminated in a timely manner. Provides support to the Games & Systems Manager by collecting and coordinating regulatory and compliance data and procedures. Works closely with Tribal Gaming Offices to identify and explain potential areas of non-compliance with the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact and appendices and to find solutions to resolve those issues.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Reviews and approves casino internal controls, policies and procedures, rules, and regulations for new and/or revised card and table games, event wagering, promotions, lotteries, and tournaments.
Works corroboratively with the Games and Systems Manager regarding Tribal-State Gaming Compact and appendices interpretations and regulatory issues, and gaming industry regulatory and compliance standards.
Works closely with Tribal Gaming Offices, Gaming Facility Operators, manufacturers, distributors and testing laboratories regarding all aspects of the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact, appendices, and Minimum Internal Control Standards.
Works to identify and explain potential areas of non-compliance and work in partnership with the partners and stakeholders to collaboratively find solutions to resolve any non-compliant issues.
Reviews Review and analyze existing and emerging regulations, technologies, and products for compliance and to identify potential regulatory issues.
Provides support throughout the Agency by collecting and coordinating regulatory and compliance data and procedures.
Provides internal and external training and/or presentations to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and Agency objectives.

Knowledge of:
Comprehensive knowledge of the Arizona Tribal-State Compact and its appendices.
Principles and practices of auditing and accounting, casino internal controls/procedures, and gaming industry standards, rules and regulations.
Open State and federal laws, including gaming statutes, Gaming Regulation and/or Operation.
Auditing techniques.
Techniques in reviewing and analyzing financial data.
Conducting data management, including the techniques in reviewing and analyzing data
Computerized products used in event wagering systems and processes.
Skills in:
People management and leadership.
Reading, writing, interpreting, and understand gaming regulations.
The ability to make logical interpretations of regulations, laws, and policies.
Working with people within tribal gaming operations, as well with tribal regulators, casino employees, and vendors.
The ability to interpret and apply Compact requirements, state statues, federal rules and regulations.
Maintaining working relationship within the gaming industry.
Team building, mentoring, and training and/or conducting presentations.
Ability to:
Pay attention to details, organized and problem solve.
Be to be professional and have effective communication(both written and oral).
Be analytical.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and/or a minimum of three (3) years in the gaming industry.

Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.)
