BCG continues to expand its Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice andisexperiencingincreasing demand, particularly in the areas of B2B Sales. We are thrilled to expand our breadth and depth ofexpertisein this space, especially in Sales and Customer Success technology, CRM Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementation, and familiarity with B2B Sales, Supportand Customer Success best practices.
We are currently looking for a Product Owner at theAssociate/Senior levelwho isfamiliaroperating with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud. Ideal candidates will have experience as a product owner delivering solutions in the areas pertaining to B2B Sales including Campaign to Cash, and Sales Enablement, Sales Automation / Customer Success via relevant Sales Technologies (e.g.Salesforce,Dynamics, SalesLoft,etc.), BI, Analytic & Recommendation Technologies (e.g. , Tableau,PowerBI, CRM Analytics, Python), understanding of core B2B Sales Models and Digital Engagement Channels (e.g. Email, eCommerce, Virtual, etc.).Candidates should also have experienceengaging with, and driving consensusacross,business and IT stakeholders.

What You'll Do

In this role you will:

  • Be the authority within a multi-disciplinary team todeterminetheoptimalstrategy toidentifyhighest value use cases to unlock GTM across Marketing, Sales, and Service
  • Lead roadmap creation, strategy, execution, and optimization for clients around digital transformation with SFDC as a platform
  • Own multi-channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-service
  • Define, execute, analyze, andoptimizesophisticated Salesforce technical use case focused on pilot to scale mapping to quantitative impact
  • Collaborate with X and core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmap
  • Be value oriented by defining and validating core KPIs that will be achieved through execution of the SFDC strategy and roadmap such as customer acquisition, retention, share of wallet, win rate, ROIetc.to drive the business
  • Build on BCG's differentiation by buildingtruly uniquecapabilities around media, technology, customer journey, and Growth operating models
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

What You'll Bring

You should have:

  • 2 - 6 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, ora relevant functional role
  • Experience with Salesforce as well as other GTM tools like Marketo, Eloqua,or similar platforms
  • Expert knowledge of CRM adjacent tools like 3rdparty applications, managed packages, and expert in navigating PPT and Excel
  • Proven ability to evaluate business and technical trade-offs (effort vs.value), resolve conflicts, and make critical choices on functionality, user experience, and technical implementation to maximize value and meet business objectives
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders toestablisha clear visionand strategy for the CRM modernization project and to collect and prioritize requirements
  • Experience defining business goals, user needs, and market demands to define a product's direction
  • Experience collaborating with development teams, serving as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical teams
  • A passion for B2B sales, marketing, service, driving customer adoption, bringing products to market, and scaling digital products and services
  • Understanding of business outcomes and associated KPIs that will beimpactedby product featuresin order tocontribute to overall program value case
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize,recommendand take actions
  • Previoussales, marketing, or service delivery experience focused on user acquisition, retention and other growth levers proliferating B2B facing digital products and services
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skillsrequired
  • Previousexperience at a professional consulting company highly desired

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office. As a member of that office, it is expected you will be in the office as directed. The first-year base compensationfor this role is:
Associate:$129,600 -$144,000USD
Senior: $171,000 USD
