Support Tech LLC

Lawrenceville, GA • Remote

$35K - $40K/hr

Full-time

Job description

This is a remote position.

About Support Tech LLC

Support Tech LLC is a nationwide provider of IT field services and infrastructure solutions. We deploy and support the physical side of technology for some of the country’s largest brands—quick-service restaurant chains, managed service providers, and large-scale construction and facilities companies. Think hardware rollouts, network infrastructure, structured cabling, and on-site technician dispatch, all coordinated across the country.

We are growing fast and we need a driven, organized, and persistent sales professional to help us fill the pipeline and close new business.

The Opportunity

This is a full-cycle sales role built for someone who is hungry to prove themselves. You will research and target the right companies, reach the right contacts through every channel available—phone, email, text, and LinkedIn—and then run the sales conversation yourself from first contact all the way through to a signed agreement.

You do not need a deep IT background. You need to be smart, coachable, relentless, and organized. We will teach you the service offering. You bring the hustle and the process.

This role is ideal for someone coming out of retail management, restaurant leadership, or a recent college graduate ready to launch a high-earning sales career. If you have ever worked a fast-paced customer-facing job, managed multiple priorities at once, and refused to quit on a tough day, you already have the foundation we are looking for.

RequirementsWhat You Will Do
Account-Based Prospecting
  • Research and build targeted lists of companies that match our ideal client profile: quick-service restaurant chains, IT managed service providers, and large construction and facilities companies.

  • Identify the right decision-makers at each account—IT directors, operations managers, procurement leads—and build a multi-touch outreach plan for each.

  • Use LinkedIn, company websites, trade publications, and AI-powered research tools to develop insight on each target before you ever reach out.

Multi-Channel Outreach
  • Execute persistent, professional outreach campaigns across phone calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn messages.

  • Craft personalized messaging that gets responses not generic copy-paste blasts. You understand that relevance beats volume.

  • Follow up consistently and strategically. Most deals are won on the fifth or sixth touch.

Sales Conversations & Closing
  • Once you have a prospect’s attention, you own the conversation. Qualify the opportunity, understand the pain, present our solution, and move toward a commitment.

  • Run discovery calls and presentations independently. We will give you the tools and coaching you bring the energy and the close.

  • Document all activity and pipeline stages accurately in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.

Post-Sale Alignment
  • Stay involved after the deal closes. Attend project kickoff meetings to ensure the delivery team understands what was promised and the client feels supported.

  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone with 10 years of IT experience. We are looking for someone with the right mindset, habits, and drive. Here is what that looks like:

  • Self-starter. You do not wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and you fill it.

  • Organized and process-driven. You track your activities, manage your time well, and never let follow-ups slip.

  • Comfortable on the phone. Cold calling does not scare you. Rejection is just part of the game.

  • Strong communicator. Whether writing an email, leaving a voicemail, or presenting a solution, you are clear, confident, and professional.

  • Tech-comfortable. You are proficient in Google Business Suite and genuinely excited about using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

  • Coachable. You want feedback, you apply it, and you keep improving.

Background: We love to see retail management, restaurant or hospitality leadership, recent college graduates (any major), inside sales, customer service, recruiting, or any role that requires you to be persistently persuasive with people you have never met before.

Compensation & Structure

This role is structured as base hourly pay plus commission, providing income stability while rewarding strong performance.

  • Base Pay: $20/hour guaranteed.

  • Commission: Earn commission on every deal you close. There is no cap. The more you sell, the more you earn.

  • Remote: 100% remote, USA-based.

  • Travel: Occasional travel for trade shows and key client meetings (approximately 10–15%), fully reimbursed.

  • Tools: Provided with CRM, sales enablement technology, and AI tools to maximize your productivity.

BenefitsWhy Join Support Tech LLC
  • Real earning potential from day one—your commission is uncapped and tied directly to your effort.

  • You will be an early and important part of a growing sales team, with a clear path to senior sales and leadership roles.

  • A diverse portfolio of services means you will always have a compelling solution for the right prospect.

  • No micromanagement. We care about results, not time-tracking.

  • You will develop skills in account-based selling, AI-assisted research, and multi-channel outreach that are valuable across any industry.

How to Apply

If this sounds like the role you have been looking for, we want to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief note telling us about a time you had to work hard to convince someone of something—and what happened.
