Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support mission-critical federal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, portal customization, and software engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust
  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization
  • Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
  • Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
