Compensation Range: $160,000-170,000/year target compensation

Job Description:
Lead the strategy, development, and adoption of marketing measurement and analytics solutions that support game launches, live operations, and player engagement across mobile, PC, and console gaming ecosystems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap and vision for marketing measurement and analytics products
  • Ensure games are properly instrumented prior to launch and validate signal flow into analytics systems
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, engineering, and game teams to support GTM execution and campaign measurement
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution signals, and player engagement metrics across multiple channels
  • Work hands-on with data warehouses and analytics outputs to validate measurement quality and performance
  • Support Media Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution strategy, and mobile measurement platform integrations
  • Translate marketing and business needs into scalable analytics and measurement solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign ROI and user acquisition performance
  • Advise teams on experimentation, statistical modeling, and measurement best practices
  • Act as a centralized analytics resource supporting multiple Games titles and live-service initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in product management, analytics, marketing science, or business intelligence
  • Deep expertise in mobile measurement, attribution, and marketing performance optimization
  • Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and understanding of statistical modeling concepts
  • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Singular, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation, event tracking, and signal validation for mobile applications
  • Experience working with data warehouses, dashboards, and analytics tooling
  • Ability to think holistically across ad campaigns, attribution, and player lifecycle measurement
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams
  • Background in gaming, mobile apps, or related digital consumer products
  • Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting mobile, PC, and console gaming ecosystems
  • Background working with top consumer mobile applications (rideshare, delivery, gaming, etc.)
