This setup can help studios access a wider talent pool and support better work-life balance for developers.

What are some common challenges faced by remote game developers and how can they be addressed?

Remote game developers often encounter challenges such as coordinating across time zones, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring version control of shared assets. Regular virtual meetings and clear documentation are also essential to keep everyone aligned and productive. Proactively addressing these challenges helps maintain a cohesive workflow and fosters a positive remote team environment.
