TITLE: Senior Business System Analyst, Financial Planning & Platforms

DUTIES: Apply expertise in Budgeting, Financial Modeling, Variance Analysis, Strategic Planning, Scenario Planning, Performance Reporting, Business Planning, Financial Planning, Resource Planning, Demand Planning, Headcount Planning, etc. Configure, integrate, and support enterprise-grade, integrated business, demand, and supply chain planning platforms, such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Planful, SAP IBP, Oracle EPM, etc. Maintain the functional roadmap and solution architecture for systems, integrations, data management and integrity under your responsibility. Analyze business processes, scrutinize artifacts, and lead targeted workshops to define business objectives and requirements. Design solutions that meet business needs by analyzing requirements, developing business rules and process diagrams, and drafting specifications.   • Scenario Planning analysis;
  • Workforce Planning - modeling in Anaplan;
  • Financial Planning and analysis - modeling revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow;
  • Design UX for the Connected Planning platform

SALARY: $172,926.70/year

LOCATION: 11740 Katy Freeway, Suite 1400, Houston, Texas 77079 (20% remote work permitted). 10% domestic business travel to California and other domestic work sites.
