• Utilize our efficient billing service to handle claims, including client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit eligibility checks, and establishing payment plans, ensuring a smooth administrative process.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across various age groups and backgrounds.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with agency standards and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments for clients, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates client needs while optimizing your time management skills.
• Work with a diverse clinical presentation, adapting therapeutic techniques to address a range of issues including addiction, relationship challenges, and mental health disorders.

Your primary focus as an LCSW will be to provide support to adult clients in our remote detox facility. This population often faces complex challenges related to substance use and mental health, requiring a compassionate approach that emphasizes empathy, active listening, and effective coping strategies. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients on their journey to recovery, helping them navigate the complexities of their situations and supporting their overall mental wellness.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism with excellent therapeutic boundaries, alongside cultural competency and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to foster efficiency in both therapeutic and administrative responsibilities.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings each week for client sessions.

• Experience in providing therapy to couples, with significant training in this area highly regarded.
• Ability to engage with clients across various demographics and handle diverse clinical cases effectively.
