Despite the remote nature, our therapists maintain strong communication and collaboration by utilizing modern technology to share insights, discuss client progress, and plan therapeutic approaches. • Provide high-quality therapeutic services, including individual and couples therapy, to a diverse clientele encompassing children, adolescents, and their families.
• Engage in timely documentation of client notes and maintain accurate records to support treatment planning and compliance with organizational standards.
• Utilize a billing service to streamline administrative tasks, including claims processing, benefit eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments while keeping an updated calendar to ensure continuity of care.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with various clinical presentations and tailor treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.

The primary focus of this role will be on students who require mental health support within the school system. You will work closely with children and young adults facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Your expertise will help these clients navigate their issues and achieve their personal goals, creating long-lasting change and fostering resilience in their lives.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Current LCSW licensure is essential for this role, allowing for independent practice.
• Possess strong professionalism, cultural competency, and self-management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining therapeutic boundaries and fostering a safe environment for clients.

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy is highly valued and will be a strong plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations in various clinical settings is desirable.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for advancing therapeutic skills.

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus eligibility. Our therapists are compensated hourly, enabling flexibility in income based on caseload.
