  • Lead the charge in training and supporting Patient Champions! Review their calls and documentation with enthusiasm and offer valuable feedback to help them shine and make a real difference.
  • Stay ahead of the game! Immerse yourself in the latest company services, policies, and healthcare trends, becoming a go-to resource for accurate and exciting patient information.
  • Embrace your role as a confidentiality superhero! Adhere to HIPAA standards with diligence, ensuring patient information is protected while fostering trust and security.
  • Bring joy to the workplace! Celebrate every success, big or small, and cultivate a positive atmosphere that keeps everyone motivated and excited about the impactful work we do.

Qualifications:

If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for building relationships, we encourage you to apply!
Required with Submission
  • Two-minute or less video explaining why you would be a good fit for Grapefruit Health and why you think learning how to perform care telephonically is important to prepare you to become a clinician.
