on the services your team delivers. This is not a single-application roleโ€”itโ€™s an opportunity to build and evolve the foundational
capabilities that many mission systems rely on every day. Youโ€™ll balance hands-on development
with ensuring solutions are secure, performant, and designed to scale as mission needs evolve. At Neuma, youโ€™ll find the impact and visibility of a small company combined with long-term
mission stability. We value thoughtful leadership, technical excellence, and a culture that
supports both performance and balance. Benefits & Perks โ€ข 401(k) with up to 6% company match (immediately vested) โ€ข 15 days of paid vacation plus 11 federal holidays โ€ข $1,500 annual education and training assistance โ€ข Medical, dental, and vision insurance with low deductibles โ€ข Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance โ€ข Flexible work hours (flextime) โ€ข Charitable giving match up to $1,000 annually โ€ข Quarterly company events and employee referral bonuses Join Us If youโ€™re a cleared senior software engineer who wants to lead foundational systems, work with
people who value integrity and collaboration, and make a real impact on the intelligence mission,
