Job description

A career as a low-code and full-stack senior developer in the Strategy, Data and Performance team for Capital Markets at National Bank means you can be a specialist in developing high-impact technology solutions. This position allows you to contribute concretely to the modernisation of critical processes, thanks to your expertise in low-code, full-stack development and secure cloud architectures. In this role, you work on solutions used at the core of capital markets activities, in a demanding, regulated and constantly changing environment. You're called on to design effective solutions today, while evolving them towards robust and sustainable architectures tomorrow.

Your job

  • Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power automate, AI Builder)
  • Identify automation opportunities in critical capital markets processes
  • Analyze needs with stakeholders and challenge requests to propose the optimal architecture
  • Determine when a solution should evolve to a more robust full stack architecture
  • Develop and maintain cloud applications (Python, rest APIs, AWS)
  • Design secure integrations with enterprise systems
  • Ensure the quality, performance, security and compliance of solutions
  • Contribute to the team's architecture decisions and technological evolution

You are part of a team of approximately seven colleagues in Capital Markets and will report to the Senior Manager - Strategy, Data and Performance. The team stands out for its expertise in financial markets, in-depth understanding of operational processes and its ability to evolve in complex and regulated contexts. Prerequisites

  • A related diploma in the sector and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Significant experience in modern full stack development, including Python and rest application programming interfaces
  • Have worked in cloud environments, including AWS services
  • Experience in a context related to capital markets and/or wealth management
