Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based frameworks.
• Provide consistent support and therapeutic interventions to help clients manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health counseling, incorporating relevant insights into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will be tasked with understanding each client’s unique background and experiences, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and personalized care to create effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.
• An active LPC license in the state of Texas is mandatory to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous, although training will be provided to familiarizing you with our telehealth platform.

• Proficiency in handling caseloads and scheduling efficiently to maximize client engagement and therapy effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and specific client caseload fulfillment. Benefits include:
