Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular, structured supervision to early-career practicum students, guiding them toward clinical licensure through weekly meetings that encourage discussion, skill development, and feedback.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of treatment methods that resonate with unique client needs.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, effectively integrating community resources and referrals to enhance treatment plans.
• Play an integral role in developing and executing individualized treatment plans that address client goals and progress.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in the field of mental health to continually enhance therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families with varying needs, including mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• A valid state license in mental health practice: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure client safety and professional accountability.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is two years, we prefer candidates who have actively supervised interns or students in a clinical setting, as this role emphasizes mentorship and guidance for emerging therapists. Additional training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy modalities will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits
